Job summary

Farmers Insurance Careers Mexico seeks a leadership figure to guide Integration, Data, and Test Engineers across LATAM, collaborating closely with the India team to ensure continuous IT delivery and robust support. You will own technology solutions from design to production, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
• Strong integration and data experience.
• Strong understanding of Mulesoft.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS.
• Experience working with Vendors managing integrations.
• Experience working with Dremio & CDGC.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Integration, Data, and Test Engineers in LATAM and coordinate with the India team.
• Own end‑to‑end technology solutions for assigned business capabilities.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet business needs, architectural direction, quality and operational requirements.
• Lead technical teams through influence and drive cross‑team alignment.
• Ensure vendor solutions are integrated into the enterprise technology landscape.
