This senior management position is responsible for the overall strategy, operations, and financial performance of the company's residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in property management, asset management, market analysis, and team leadership within the residential real estate domain. You will be tasked with maximizing property value, enhancing tenant satisfaction, driving occupancy rates, and identifying new acquisition or development opportunities.
