You should have a strong portfolio of premium residential projects, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools, and the ability to manage complex projects and client relationships in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in high-end residential or luxury condo design.
• Experience producing detailed drawings and specifications for luxury projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools.
