Cognex Corporation is seeking a Director of Global Sales Development & Marketing Technology to transform our outbound and ABM engine. You will report to the Head of Marketing and align with Sales leadership to build a best-in-class outbound and ABM execution machine.
You will lead a global team of 18 SDEs, own the AI-powered tech stack, and drive automation to improve productivity across Salesforce, ABM tools, and demand-gen initiatives.
Formación
- 12+ years in Marketing/Revenue Operations or Inside Sales with leadership in $1B+ B2B tech companies
- Experience managing global SDE/SDR teams across regions (15+ reps)
- Hands-on expertise owning sales development stacks with AI/automation
- Strong analytical skills with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Cross-functional alignment with Sales leaders and Demand Gen heads
Responsabilidades
- Lead and scale a global SDE/SDR team of 18 with modern outbound methods
- Align outbound plays with Sales and Demand Gen leadership
- Orchestrate ABM campaigns and account-centric workflows
- Own the SDE tech stack (Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, Gong) and Salesforce
- Drive AI automation to personalize emails and sequence planning
- Operationalize predictive intent data for high-priority outbound
