Salesforce in Mexico City seeks an AI Lead, Creative Technology & Systems to drive the innovation engine for advanced visual workflows. You will oversee the intersection of director-level craft and automated generation, building scalable pipelines from concepting to 4K finishing at enterprise speed.

You will lead cross-functional teams, harness generative AI tools, and ensure brand visuals meet high cinematic standards while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Formación

• 7+ Years of film direction and generative artistry in top-tier production or agency environments.
• Hands-on mastery of leading AI tools for photorealistic image generation and video synthesis.
• Excellent visual storytelling and collaboration with creative teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conceptualize and produce disruptive visual content blending cinematic aesthetics with generative tech.
• Master prompting and image pipelines to deliver high-impact visuals and sequences.
• Translate briefs into visual narratives and oversee art direction and quality control.
• Act as a force multiplier for the production cell, supporting static and motion workstreams.
• Test and document emerging generative tools to accelerate pipelines by ~30%.
