Cognex Corporation invites an experienced technology leader to direct our Global Sales Development and Marketing Technology functions. You will scale a cross-functional team of SDEs, align with Sales and Demand Gen, and own the AI-enabled outbound stack to maximize pipeline and account engagement.

You will drive a strategic shift toward an account-centric, data-driven ABM program, partnering with executives to ensure rapid, high-impact outcomes across regions.

Formación

• 12+ years in Marketing/Revenue Operations or Inside Sales with leadership in $1B+ B2B tech companies.
• Experience leading global SDE/SDR teams across regions (15+ reps).
• Deep hands-on experience owning and evolving sales development stacks with AI/automation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, scale, and transform a global Sales Development Engineers team into outbound and ABM excellence.
• Drive alignment with Sales leadership and Demand Gen to coordinate outbound plays and target accounts.
• Own SDE tech stack and AI automation across platforms like Salesforce CRM and Engagement tools.
