Job summary

EagleBurgmann Mexico S.A. de C.V. is recruiting for a Learning & Development role focused on building cutting-edge digital learning solutions.

You will support the development and deployment of innovative training programs and work with internal and external partners to design impactful formats and processes. The position involves identifying development needs, aligning programs with business priorities and serving as a second-tier LMS administrator.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing modern learning solutions.
• Ability to identify development needs and map them to targeted programs.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and cost reporting.
