Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Mexico City is seeking a Desktop & Mobility Support Engineer to provide Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, VDIs and mobile devices, ensuring a high-quality end-user experience.

You will collaborate across Service Desk, Infrastructure and Engineering teams, support Windows, macOS and iOS, manage endpoint devices, and contribute to continuous service improvement while meeting SLA requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Desktop/IT support environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 remote troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, VDIs and mobile devices.
• Diagnose hardware, software, OS, and peripheral issues and implement fixes.
• Support Windows, macOS, and iOS platforms; manage endpoint devices.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, Infrastructure and Engineering teams.
• Maintain ticketing documentation and drive process improvements.
• Participate in problem management and SLA adherence.
