Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a roster of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, bidding, and the narrative when clients ask why the results look the way they do.

You are the strategic voice at the table, making calls, testing creative concepts, and delivering the 90-day roadmaps across accounts. This remote role supports US, Canada, Latin America, and South Africa clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta, building, running and optimizing campaigns.
• Proven ROAS, CPA or pipeline improvements you can demonstrate.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Fluent English for live calls with US clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn as applicable.
• Plan budgets, bids, targeting and testing; know when to pause or pivot.
• Deliver 90-day roadmaps and explain performance on calls.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Demand Generation Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
