You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, implement testing, and drive conversions with trusted attribution. Clear English on live calls with US clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built and optimized campaigns.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients.
• Handle targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and client storytelling.
• Own budget allocation, bidding, testing, and optimization decisions.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels).
• Prepare 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and present the numbers.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
