Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice at the table, guiding targeting, budgets, roadmaps, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, track conversions, and build 90-day and quarterly plans. You’ll drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Agency experience across several clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls
• Record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
