Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will define targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and the narrative when clients ask why. You are the strategic voice at the table and you make the calls.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, including budget allocation, testing, and measurement. Remote-friendly, full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: built, ran and optimized campaigns.
• Proven record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Strong budget allocation and performance storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budgets, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Set quarterly roadmaps and present insights to clients.
• Drive account growth through retention and upsell.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and analytics.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Digital Advertising Manager you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
