Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will set targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and client narratives, acting as the strategic voice in client conversations.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS and pipeline growth, while coordinating with a wide client base in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta advertising.
• Proven record of improving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Implement conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
