Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Search Marketing Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set budgets, craft the narrative, and steer campaigns across platforms. You will be the strategic voice in client calls, shaping performance and roadmap.

Remote role with US/Canada/LatAm/S Africa coverage; you will work directly with clients on live calls, delivering ROAS improvements and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
