Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Google Ads Specialist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will steer targeting, budgeting, and storytelling when clients ask why certain moves are made.

You will own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and tests, and ensure reliable conversion tracking. You will present 90-day roadmaps and drive account growth through retention and upsell.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• Agency experience across several clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements or pipeline growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
