Amazon is hiring a Shift Manager in Guadalajara, MX to lead the delivery station operations and oversee the UTR process. You will manage a team of Process Assistants and Associates, ensure safety, training, and performance; coordinate meetings, plan shifts, and drive data-driven improvements.

You will conduct Gemba walks, monitor performance, and prepare daily reports while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to optimize throughput and quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• 1+ year of employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to push/pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Manage staff, resources, consumables, and key metrics for the delivery station.
• Coordinate operative meetings, communicate with support areas, handle escalations, and analyze data.
• Plan shifts, audit plans, and execute daily operations.
• Conduct Gemba walks and audits; manage shift start-ups and safety checks.
• Verify daily operations plan, volume, attendance and route planning.
• Engage with associates, complete performance audits, and conduct quality inspections.
• Complete reports (Daily Ops Plan, Daily Call Outs, End of Shift Report) and address discrepancies.
• Holds end-of-shift meetings with leadership to review performance and create action plans.
• Perform shift handoff to incoming Shift Manager and preview next-day plans.
