Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Fluent in English (speak, read, write).
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Review the operational forecast and determine productivity requirements for sort operation; lead a team to meet building goals.
• Support safety programs to ensure a safe work environment for associates and DSPs.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and apply Lean tools.
