DXC Technology is hiring for a senior account delivery leadership role in Mexico City. You will manage delivery for assigned client accounts, work with Account Delivery Managers to optimize operations, and cultivate client relationships to understand needs and goals.

The role requires a strong background in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership with a focus on delivering world-class service and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 3+ years in a similar account delivery/leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead client delivery, manage budgets, and drive client satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and manage assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to optimize account operations.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to understand needs and goals.
• Assist in budget management and cost control for accounts.
