Unisys in Mexico City seeks an experienced Delivery Leader to drive the global and local delivery of services for a defined account set. You will ensure successful planning, implementation and execution of contracted services, meeting SLA, cost, governance and value targets through coordination with service lines, partners and the client.

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related professional experience, 1+ year managing a specific area.
• Advanced English level required.
• Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of business, industry, and market, plus sales strategies and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the global and/or local delivery of services to a defined account or group of accounts.
• Plans, implements and executes contracted services meeting SLA, cost, governance, and quality targets.
• Establishes and leads a delivery team; manages SOW, risks, scope and budget.
• Participates in contract governance and client communications at strategic and operational levels.
• Develops budgets, schedules and performance standards to optimize delivery costs.
• Drives profitability, monitors financial health, and reports to client and Unisys executives.
• Supports continuous improvement and innovation programs and governance audits.
