Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Compensation Partner for Scopely Explore in Mexico City on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office). You will drive compensation programs, support cycles and incentives, and ensure data integrity across Workday.

You will partner with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to deliver accurate, scalable compensation solutions while applying AI-assisted workflows with proper governance. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in compensation or total rewards analytics, strong Excel and

Qualifications

Demonstrated knowledge of compensation and total rewards analytics.
3+ years of experience in compensation or related field.
Proficiency with Excel and HRIS/compensation tools.
Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and documented processes.
Strong English language skills for a global role.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Scopely Explore, translating programs into guidance and support.
Review requisitions and offers, assess inputs, identify risks and provide data-informed recommendations.
Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles and administer bonuses and incentives.
Validate equity data and reconcile compensation-related payroll inputs with Payroll.
Build compensation models and scenarios for integration decisions between plans.
Maintain data accuracy and governance in Workday with controls and audits.
Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and HR teams to resolve issues and drive compensation work.
Document and automate compensation processes while ensuring human oversight and data safeguards.
