Thales is seeking a Sales Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico for the Cloud Protection & Licensing portfolio. You’ll be the trusted technical advisor across LATAM, designing architectures, leading demos, and guiding proof-of-value engagements from discovery to value realization.

This role requires 5+ years in pre-sales within cybersecurity or enterprise software, fluent English and Spanish, and hands-on experience with WAF, Bot Management, DDoS, plus AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes and Docker.

Formación

• 5+ years in pre-sales roles within cybersecurity or enterprise software
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field
• Hands-on with WAF, Bot Management, or DDoS solutions
• Fluent in English (B2+) and Spanish
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes and Docker
• Knowledge of PCI/SOX/HIPAA or equivalent
• Know-how of security, cloud, networking certifications

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical sales cycle from discovery to proof-of-value
• Translate complex tech concepts into business narratives for technical and C-suite audiences
• Build relationships with engineering teams, IT leaders and executives
• Design tailored solutions addressing customer security and compliance challenges
• Collaborate with Product, Business Development and Customer Success teams
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies
