Thales is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead enablement for our Data Encryption and Application Security portfolio across LATAM/AMER. You will own the full training lifecycle from scheduling to hands-on delivery, delivering courses in English and Spanish to partners and customers.

You will work with engineering on the product roadmap and real customer deployments, support material translations, and collaborate with channels, customer services, and finance on training operations.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Technical Lead, or Customer-Facing Engineer.
• Strong background in encryption and data security products (HSM, Data Security, Applications Security).
• Working knowledge of IT security, PKI, and cryptography fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full training lifecycle for Data Encryption and Application Security across LATAM/AMER region.
• Deliver technical courses and workshops to channel partners and customers on Thales products.
• Collaborate with Engineering to stay aligned with product roadmap and customer implementations.
• Deliver training in English and Spanish; translate materials into Spanish as needed.
• Partner with Channels to certify partners and coordinate with Customer Services and Finance on training operations.
• Build deep specialization in highly specialized data protection products deployed at large enterprises.

Thales is looking for a Technical Trainer to lead technical enablement for our Data Encryption and Application Security portfolio across the LATAM/AMER region. This role combines close collaboration with our Engineering teams on product roadmap with direct exposure to enterprise-scale customer implementations.

What you'll do

• Own the full training lifecycle for our Data Encryption and Application Security portfolio across the LATAM/AMER region - from scheduling and resource management to hands-on course delivery.
• Deliver technical courses and workshops to channel partners and customers, building their expertise in Thales's encryption, authentication, and cybersecurity products.
• Work side-by-side with Engineering to stay close to the product roadmap, while gaining direct exposure to real customer implementations.
• Deliver training in both English and Spanish, and support the translation of customer-facing course materials into Spanish.
• Partner with Channels teams to certify partners, and collaborate with Customer Services and Finance on the commercial side of training operations.
• Build deep specialization in highly specialized data protection products deployed at some of the largest enterprises in the world.

Must-Haves

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Technical Lead, or Customer-Facing Engineer.
• Strong technical background in encryption and data security products (HSM, Data Security, Application Security).
• Working knowledge of IT security, PKI, and cryptography fundamentals.
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) - this role requires delivering training confidently in both.
