Group-IB is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales) for the Mexico region. You will be a technical advisor supporting customers and partners across LATAM, ensuring solutions meet technical and business objectives.

You will lead PoCs, design architectures, build BOQs, and provide presentations and trainings to drive opportunities. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, a client-centered mindset, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a focus on successful pilots and deployments

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Cybersecurity Pre-sales.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and risks in LATAM.
• Excellent communication and presentation in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in pre-sales activities (PoCs, scoping, HLD/LLD) and build BOQ.
• Present proposals and deliver product-specific trainings for partners and clients.
• Engage with stakeholders across sales, channel, engineering, and product teams to drive opportunities.
• Define client expectations and map business objectives to Group-IB solutions.
• Manage documentation and RFIs/RFP responses and ensure smooth pilots and deployment.
