Kroll is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio across MDR and Retainer services, aligning to customer risk priorities and business goals. You will deliver measurable value, manage renewals, and guide strategic engagements across cross-functional teams.

You will translate cybersecurity outputs into clear business narratives, drive customer health, and collaborate with Sales and Delivery to maximize retention and growth across the portfolio.

Formación

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a customer-facing role within cybersecurity, managed services, or SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and growth outcomes, including renewals and expansion opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational, and executive audiences; translate cybersecurity concepts into business value.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of customers across MDR and Retainer services and define Customer Success Plans aligned to objectives and risk posture.
• Lead renewal strategies, expansion opportunities, and account planning with Sales and Solution Architecture.
• Translate MDR insights into executive narratives and ensure a unified cyber services experience across multiple service lines.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, provide performance insights, risk updates, and strategic recommendations.
