Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) to bolster our Exposure Management Customer Success team across the Americas. You will oversee the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals, serve as the primary liaison for Exposure Management clients, influence product direction with feedback, and drive adoption and expansion.

Reporting to the CSM Team Leader, you will help shape our global expansion strategy and ensure customers realize value

Qualifications

6+ years in a customer-centric role within B2B sectors.
Comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
4+ years as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar B2B role.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline.
Prior experience in account management or commercial roles.
Proficiency in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing).
Authorized to work in Mexico without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
Serve as the primary liaison for Exposure Management clients across the Americas.
Champion customers' interests, influencing product direction and enhancements.
Lead customer engagement initiatives and drive value realization.
Cultivate enduring relationships and foster business growth.
