Kroll is seeking a Customer Success Manager for its Managed Services in Mexico City. You will own a portfolio across MDR and Retainer services, acting as the strategic advisor to drive retention, renewals, and growth while coordinating with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
You will translate cyber risk insights into business value, lead customer reviews, and advocate for client needs across cross-functional teams, ensuring measurable ROI and ongoing
Formación
- Proven experience in Customer Success or account management in cybersecurity, managed services, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to drive customer retention and growth including renewals and expansions.
- Strong stakeholder management across technical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Experience leading customer reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and managing strategic engagements.
- Portfolio management and prioritization based on customer value and risk.
Responsabilidades
- Own a portfolio of customers across MDR and Retainer services and define Customer Success Plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, driving measurable value and ROI.
- Coordinate across Sales, Delivery, Technical and Leadership teams for a unified engagement.
- Define and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to objectives, risk posture and priorities.
- Ensure customers realize measurable value beyond service delivery.
- Lead Monthly/Quarterly/Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs) and maintain customer health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
