Uber Freight's Monterrey Center of Excellence seeks a detail-oriented associate to support U.S. and Canada operations with data entry, scheduling, tracking, and resolving delivery exceptions. The role follows an on-site 4x4 schedule and rotates weekends with the team.

You will handle problem solving, carrier and facility communications, and timely escalations with empathy. This position requires strong English, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Formación

• Advanced English, verbal and written.
• 2 years of customer interaction experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 1 year of customer interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Solve Problems: review information, determine needed details, and decide the resolution.
• Call First: contact facilities and carriers to resolve escalations quickly.
• Exercise empathy and understanding toward carriers and customers with dignity and respect as you resolve issues; maintain cooperative relationships.
• Communicate: provide carriers/customers with prompt updates on escalations and maintain communication to solve issues quickly.
• Prioritize: decide which issues to resolve next based on urgency.
• Evolve: adapt with a team that continuously changes.
