A logistics service provider based in Veracruz is seeking a Customer Support Operations Supervisor. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of supervisory experience in customer support. The supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure high-quality customer service, and coach the team for improved performance. The salary range is Php25,000 to Php35,000, with benefits including HMO and 13th Month Pay. Working hours are Monday to Friday.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages daily back-office customer service operations, addressing client inquiries through email and phone

• Provides coaching, training, and support to customer service staff to enhance performance and service quality
• Generates reports on inquiry volumes, resolution times, customer feedback, and overall team performance
• Serves as the main point of contact for escalated back-office customer issues
