Job summary

Freudenberg Group is seeking an Order Management/Customer Service professional in Mexico to validate and enter orders, confirm receipt and delivery, and monitor statuses. The role requires clear communication with customers and internal teams, handling escalations, and supporting process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and professional English skills; experience with master data systems and ERP concepts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
• Experience with order processing and customer communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with master data systems and basic ERP concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conducts order validations and entries.
• Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
• Monitors and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns.
• Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production.
• Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
• Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System.
