Atomic Hr is hiring a Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of outdoor hospitality customers and ensure ongoing value from the platform.

You will handle questions, troubleshoot bookings and payments, and run training sessions to drive feature adoption. This role emphasizes proactive retention, clear communication, and nurturing long-term relationships, with a remote-first setup and USD compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in SaaS or tech solutions.
• Ability to learn software in depth and explain it to non-technical users.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Strong troubleshooting and a calm, solutions-first attitude.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for a portfolio of active customers.
• Answer product questions and troubleshoot bookings, rates, payments, and availability.
• Run check-ins and training sessions to drive feature adoption.
• Help operators adjust setup as seasons and inventory change.
• Record clear follow-ups and maintain CRM records.
• Identify at-risk accounts and take proactive actions to retain customers.
