One Mobility Group is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for its location in Mexico (Comonfort, Guanajuato). You will manage customer communications, process data via PDF/EDI/portals, and update SAP with demand and orders. You will generate shipping plans, coordinate with the Warehouse, monitor deliveries, and handle post-shipment documents.

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Logistics.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Experience with SAP in Sales/Logistics/Customer Service modules.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular communication with customers per their requirements.
• Receive and analyze customer data from PDFs, EDI, or portals; report demand changes.
• Update SAP with demand data and PO orders; monitor transmission errors.
• Create shipping plans and coordinate with Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipments and address issues impacting service levels.
• Prepare post-shipment documents such as Packing Lists, invoices, and ASN.
• Create SAP SA, SO, and SPO as applicable; manage past-due balances.
• Coordinate freight pickups and support carriers; manage Carta Porte and BOL.
