One Mobility Group, a global leader in electrified mobility, invites applications for a Customer Service Specialist in México – Comonfort, Guanajuato.

You will maintain regular customer communication, update demands in SAP, create scheduling agreements and purchase orders, monitor shipments, and prepare packing lists, invoices, and BOL.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years’ experience, advanced English, SAP expertise, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, logistics, or related area.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• SAP knowledge in Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Customer Service Specialist

at our locations in México - Comonfort, Guanajuato.

Your tasks:

• Maintain regular communication with customers according to their specific requirements and expectations.


• Receive customer information through PDF files, EDI, or customer portals, as applicable; analyze the information and provide timely feedback regarding demand fluctuations.


• Update customer requirements in SAP, including manual demand and firm purchase orders, and monitor automatic demand transmission errors (EMFOR).


• Generate shipping plans according to each customer's required frequency, communicate them to the Warehouse team, and follow up on execution.


• Monitor customer shipments to ensure on-time and accurate delivery, proactively communicating any issues that may impact service.


• Send all required post-shipment documentation to customers, including Packing Lists, invoices, ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice), and any additional required documents.


• Create Scheduling Agreements (SA), Sales Orders (SO), and Stock Purchase Orders (SPO) in SAP, as applicable.


• Monitor and manage Past Due balances with customers.


• Request freight pickups or create transportation orders, as required.


• Provide support to carriers, manage Carta Porte documentation and Bills of Lading (BOL), and follow up on pickup schedules and shipping windows.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience


• Languages: English - advanced


• SAP knowledge, preferably in Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service modules.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
