One Mobility Group, a global leader in electrified mobility, invites applications for a Customer Service Specialist in México – Comonfort, Guanajuato.

You will maintain regular customer communication, update demands in SAP, create scheduling agreements and purchase orders, monitor shipments, and prepare packing lists, invoices, and BOL.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2+ years’ experience, advanced English, SAP expertise, and strong Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in customer service, logistics, or related area.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• SAP knowledge in Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service modules.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain regular communication with customers according to their requirements and expectations.
• Receive customer information through PDFs, EDI, or portals; analyze and provide feedback on demand fluctuations.
• Update customer requirements in SAP and monitor automatic demand transmission errors.
