BorgWarner is seeking a results-driven Customer Service professional for our SLP PDS Plant in Mexico. You will ensure orders are accurate and serve as the first point of contact for order status and related issues.

The role involves updating orders, coordinating with Production Control, expediting shipments, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure timely deliveries. Prior SAP and ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Administration, International Trade, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1 year or more in a similar role.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes; familiarity with ERP systems and SAP.

Responsabilités

• Receive information from the Customer and update orders according to delivery policies.
• Communicate customer requirements to Production Control.
• Request that available finished product inventory be shipped promptly.
• Provide customers with timely feedback on order status.
• Place, cancel and expedite orders as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with customers to strengthen relationships and inform Management of delivery risks.
