Flex is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Guadalajara, North Campus to manage key customer accounts and ensure exceptional service across the order-to-delivery cycle. You will coordinate orders, RMAs, and exports while maintaining SOX controls and clear communication in English.

Join a global team supporting SpinCo initiatives and contribute to delivering critical digital infrastructure projects for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge in Shipping and logistics.
• Customer service: Always focused on customer needs English.
• Intermediate Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with management of key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.
• Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems with care and efficiency.
• Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export processes; follow shipping instructions and incoterms.
• Monitor customer demand and coordinate with material and production control for order manufacturing and delivery.
• Involve in CFT, Operations and customer meetings.
