Responsibilities include communicating with customers, answering questions about product, pricing and availability, coordinating with internal teams, and data entry in FORD platforms to update records.

Formación

• At least 3 years' of relevant work experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
