Job summary

Axiom in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our procurement and operations teams. This role communicates with customers, handles inquiries, and coordinates orders, returns, and shipping, ensuring accurate and timely responses and one-call resolution where possible.

You will maintain service levels under pressure, interpret customer needs, and work with internal teams across logistics, production, and export processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, BA or BS.
• Advanced English required.
• Self-starter with strong organization and planning skills.
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in similar customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems with care and efficiency.
• Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, and export processes.
• Maintain service standards during high-pressure situations.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Communicate with warehouse and logistics to fulfill orders.
