Univar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Monterrey to support customers and the sales team. You will handle orders, track deliveries, and maintain SAP records while delivering reliable information and guidance to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in Customer Service, strong communication, and an English-language capability. The role offers a structured career path with a potential annual bonus and salary reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economy or Chemistry (or equivalent).
• 1–2 years in Customer Service; client focus preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication for internal/external interfaces.
• 1 year experience using SAP preferred.
• Positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced or bilingual English skills.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Customer Service Representative will provide the quality services required by the current customer, potential customer, and commercial team of Univar Solutions, as a complement to the sales work, ranging from simple information to detailed guidance aimed at achieving their complete satisfaction and preference to the service provided by the company..

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Responsible for order management and delivery tracking.
• Record customer orders and changes.
• Scheduling of deliveries requested by the customer.
• Store and maintain documentation on SAP.
• Maintain and update database.
• Ensure excellent customer service client to reflect Univar corporate values.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Economy, or Chemistry preferred)or the equivalent in related work experience.
• (1-2) years of experience in Customer Service.(Customer orientation or sales preferred)
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills with the capacity to handle diverse and significant requirements in fast paced and time-sensitive situations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for interface and collaboration with other internal and external clients.
• 1 year experience using SAP preferred
• Brings a positive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
• Advance or bilingual English skills.
