You will maintain information in SAP and other systems, support workflow, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, contributing to reliable operations and data integrity within the organization.

Formación

• Experience in master data, sales administration, or related operations.
• Experience with SAP or similar enterprise platforms.
• Basic knowledge of customer, sales, routes, sellers, or commercial master data processes.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and rules.
• Strong attention to data accuracy and ability to prioritize requests.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer and sales master data requests accurately.
• Execute customer creation, updates, deactivations, route changes, and seller assignments.
• Validate that requests contain required information and approvals.
• Follow established procedures and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and trackers.
• Monitor requests and follow up on pending information.
• Communicate status and issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Escalate system issues and deviations.
• Support process documentation and training materials.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and backup activities.
• Assist in process improvements and tool implementations.
