PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking a Commercial Planning Analyst to translate data into actionable product insights. You will work across Marketing, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure accurate product information in PepsiCo systems and support new product launches.

The ideal candidate has 0–2 years of experience, strong Excel skills, fluency in English, and a keen eye for master data quality. This entry-level role offers cross-functional exposure and growth within a global consumer- goods

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; internship welcome.
• Experience in data analysis, business operations, supply chain, commercial planning or project coordination is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product information is accurately created and maintained across systems.
• Analyze business requests to identify the master data required to launch new products.
• Create and maintain product information including product codes, pricing attributes, packaging details and other critical data.
• Validate data quality to ensure downstream systems receive accurate information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D and Project Management.
• Prioritize multiple initiatives while meeting business deadlines.
• Identify process improvement opportunities that simplify workflows and improve data quality.
• Support innovation launches by coordinating data requirements across different markets, brands and channels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
