Littelfuse is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Piedras Negras, Mexico to maintain and grow customer loyalty from order entry to delivery. Accurate, timely handling of orders and customer requests is essential.

You will process purchase orders, returns and samples, resolve billing or delivery holds, and support credit analysts, planning, and sales engineers. SAP experience and high English proficiency are a plus for global coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders (~20/day).
• Accurate and timely entry of customer return requests (~5/day).
• Accurate and timely entry of customer sample requests (~3/day).
• Accurate and timely response to customer expedite inquiries.
• Investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders.
• Provide assistance to credit analyst, planning team, sales engineers; respond to Freshdesk inquiries.

The Customer Service Representative reports directly to the Customer Service Manager. This role is in charge of maintaining and increasing customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through to delivery. Works with customers to overcome barriers to provide best in class customer support.

ABOUT THE JOB

• 1. Provide order fulfillment
  • Accurate and timely entry of customer purchase orders – approx 20/day
  • Accurate and timely entry of customer return requests – approx 5/day
  • Accurate and timely entry of customer sample requests – approx 3/day
  • Accurate and timely response to customer expedite inquiries
• 2. Responsible for daily investigation and corrective actions of billing and delivery holds on orders and implement correction actions.
• 3. Practice and adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts
• 4. Provide professional and accurate information to customer phone inquiries. To log on the phone queue during work hours.
• 5. Provide assistance to credit analyst, planning team, sales engineers with requests.
• 6. Provide assistance to customer / sales rep inquiries through Freshdesk in a timely manner
