• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any engineering discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience in Order Management, preferably handling finished goods.
• Experience in customer service within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and order processing workflows.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities and workload.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer orders and provide timely updates regarding order status, changes, and delivery commitments.
• Review and update order information in SAP and customer tracking tools.
• Serve as the main point of contact for order-related inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Monitor open orders and proactively communicate potential delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions and order transactions.
• Analyze order information and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with established service level agreements and business processes.
