We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Guadalajara team to support key accounts, coordinate cross-functional processes, and ensure timely, accurate order handling. This role emphasizes strong English communication, rigorous service standards, and KPI-driven performance.

Formación

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on meeting customer needs.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with managing key customer accounts across the business relationship.
• Handle enquiries and resolve problems with care and efficiency.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on KPIs.
• Coordinate orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, and export processes.
• Communicate clearly in English and ensure customer comprehension.
