Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Program Administrator to support multiple customer accounts. You will assist the Program Manager, maintain records, analyze data, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, fluent English, and intermediate Excel skills. ERP (Baan) experience is a plus, with opportunities to work on program metrics and executive reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering completed.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Intermediary Excel skills.
• ERP (Baan) experience is a plus.
• Administrative and financial knowledge appreciated.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Administrative support and right-hand person to the Program Manager for multiple customers.
• Maintain records, logs, and information up to date.
• Analyze data to support critical decision-making.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Lead and coordinate projects/activities with Cross Functional Team (CFT) members to ensure the program progresses as planned and within the prescribed budget, including facilitating work and communication among different departments.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management, customers, or others.
• May assist in the development and tracking of program metrics.
• Maintain project and program documentation up to date.
• Follow up on milestones, deliverables, and critical dates.
• Coordinate follow-up meetings and generate executive meeting minutes.
• Manage databases and project management tools.
• Support the preparation of reviews with customers and leadership.
