FedEx Logistics is seeking a front-line associate to perform administrative tasks, assist customers, trace shipments, and support branch operations in a busy, service-oriented environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, two years of customer service experience focused on sales, English language proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 34 kg. Responsibilities include branch opening/closing, handling shipments, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Two (2) years experience in customer service focus on sales.
• Knowledge in the management of cash and other values.
• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse with a good knowledge of the operation and the requirements of its key customers.

Responsabilidades

• Over-the-counter customer service, administrative and clerical duties requiring direct and indirect customer interface.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions regarding FedEx products and services.
• Open/close branch, ensure branch space is clean, manage supplies, and support the profitability of the branch.
