FedEx Mexico City is seeking an experienced logistics professional to support airline and vendor operations for imports and exports. The role requires coordinating with ramps, booking carriers, and handling export documents, while ensuring timely and accurate data entry and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will work closely with regional operations to maintain service levels, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements across the GPN network.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with FedEx ramps, air carriers, trucking companies, airport handling, agents, customs brokers, and selective customers on a daily basis.
• Monitor and coordinate with business partners; identify and address service failures for continuous improvement.
• Measure service performance of airlines/vendors/carriers and ensure adherence to cost and service parameters.
• Coordinate routing and capacity distribution with FedEx ramps; oversee booking processes with carriers and vendors.
• Prepare export documentation (COO, Cargo Manifest, NAFTA Certificate, Air Waybill) and ensure compliance with country requirements.
• Support day-to-day GPN activities and customer onboarding; assist invoice reconciliation as needed.
• Communicate shipment status with customers and overseas offices to meet delivery commitments.
• Maintain high performance of the GAF network through capacity management and issue resolution.
