PepsiCo is seeking a Customer Service Data Analyst in Mexico City. You will interpret data, build dashboards, and provide ongoing reports to support decision-making for FLNA. The role emphasizes data accuracy, KPI tracking, and automation to improve order processing and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in data or related roles, strong English skills, and a solid foundation in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel. A relevant degree is required and collaboration across teams is expected.

Formación

• 1-3 years of Frito Lay sales/supply chain/data experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, CS, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages (Tableau, Power BI), databases (SQL), programming (Python, R) and statistical packages (SAS, SPSS) and high proficiency of Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, KPI calculation, SLA metrics and deliver dashboards and reports to enable decision making.
• Improve process efficiency through automation and enhancements in current tools used for order processing.
• Backfill other CSRs on vacations.
