PepsiCo is seeking a Customer Service Data Analyst to interpret data, build dashboards, and provide regular reports for FLNA. You will develop data systems, ensure KPI accuracy, and support decision-making with actionable insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multi-functional teams, data integrity, and process automation to improve efficiency in order processing and service delivery.

Formación

• 1-3 years of data/sales/supply chain experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages (Tableau, Power BI), databases (SQL), programming (Python, R), and statistical packages (SAS, SPSS).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret data and provide ongoing reports using statistical techniques.
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics to improve efficiency and quality.
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain databases/data systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, KPI calculations, SLA metrics, and deliver dashboards regularly.
• Improve process efficiency through automation and tool enhancements for order processing.
