LT ZERO Asia Pacific is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, and to assist the sales process with quotes, orders, and shipment tracking.

You will build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution. Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office is expected, with prior inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
