Acuity Inc. is seeking a proactive Customer Support and Order Management specialist to assist channel customers from intake through shipment.

You will manage order entry, resolve inquiries, and document knowledge transfer, while expanding relationships by understanding customer requirements. You will coordinate pricing guidance, support cross-functional teams, and use Power BI to monitor regional orders, ensuring timely activation, production, and shipment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage order entry and progression from intake to shipment.
• Handle customer inquiries and drive resolution; document knowledge for transfer.
• Coordinate pricing guidance and cross-functional collaboration as needed.
• Leverage Power BI reporting to monitor regional orders and communicate delays or improvements.
• Act as liaison between internal teams and customers to build strong relationships.
• Develop solutions for medium to hard order issues through collaboration with partners.
